DESCRIPTION: The "GAZEBO" MINIBOXY/BCS, prefabricated in vibrated reinforced concrete (in compliance with Anti-earthquake law Cat. 1.) has been designed by the engineers of GAZEBO S.p.A. water treatment and is the result of the extensive experience acquired by the company in the treatment of domestic wastewater. It is made using RcK > 400 kg/sq cm concrete, vibrated on metal caissons and steam cured, reinforced with internal ribs, open face, with total elimination of porosity and gravel nests, with internal steel reinforcement with upgraded adhesion and electrically-welded square mesh type FeB 44K, factory tested.
The standard treatment cycle is performed through various compartments such as: lifting-storage, primary sedimentation, denitrification, aeration, sludge sedimentation-recirculation-thickening, effluent disinfecting. The potential of the Minibioxy/BCS goes from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 250 equivalent inhabitants. During the period of operation of these plants - from 1970 to the present - numerous test results have confirmed a BOD5 abatement higher than 92%.
On the basis of this, it can be stated that the Minibioxy/BCS "GAZEBO" is able to ensure treated water standards in compliance with applicable regulations.
In the event of having to treat refluents from a residential complex consisting of 300 to 1,000 equivalent inhabitants, the MINIBIOXY/BSP combined basin type can be used (made of several monobloc tanks).
RECIPIENTS: Small urban and rural communities, small companies and businesses, single-family homes, camping sites, motels, etc.
FIELDS OF USE: Housing complexes and industrial facilities.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Driveway/pedestrian coverings - man-hole covers, holes, special materials (stainless steel) and treatments (painting).
