DESCRIPTION:
The "GAZEBO" IMHOFF TANKS, prefabricated in vibrated reinforced concrete, are available in monobloc or multiple-tank composite types. The monobloc type is made from RcK > 400 kg/sq cm concrete, vibrated on metal caissons and steam cured, reinforced with internal ribs, open face, with total elimination of porosity and gravel nests, with internal steel reinforcement with upgraded adhesion and electrically-welded square mesh type FeB 44K, factory tested, in compliance with Anti-earthquake law Cat. 1.
This article is used in the event of having to treat wastewater from a residential complex with 10 to 250 equivalent inhabitants. It consists of a rectangular tank inside which is the sedimentation compartment, the anaerobic digestion compartment and the foam guards (by means of the installation of hoppers and stainless-steel and polyethylene sheets).

The multiple-tank type on the other hand is used for residential complexes of 300 to 1.000 equivalent inhabitants.
The treatment process inside the Imhoff tanks is split into two stages called sedimentation and digestion, with a total BOD5 abatement performance of around 30%, in full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Residential and industrial buildings.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Pedestrian or driveway coverings with cast iron or reinforced concrete man-hole covers, holes, treatments (resin covering and painting) special materials (stainless steel and others).

THE CAST IRON INSPECTION MANHOLES PLACED ON THE LIGHT TRAFFIC DRIVEWAY COVERINGS ARE CLASS C250
THE CAST IRON INSPECTION MANHOLES PLACED ON THE HEAVY TRAFFIC DRIVEWAY COVERINGS ARE CLASS D400
THE MINIMUM THICKNESS OF THE FOOTING SHALL BE 20 cm, AND IT SHALL BE REINFORCED WITH A DOUBLE ELECTROWELDED STEEL MESHWORK, diam. 8 mm., mesh 20x20 cm.
A 3-5 cm THICK SAND LAYER SHALL BE PLACED ON THE FOOTING, TO LAY THE PREFABRICATED STRUCTURES
