![]() DESCRIPTION: “GAZEBO”’'s RAINWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM, prefabricated in vibrated concrete monoblock, is made with high sulphate-resistant concrete, with C35/45 compression resistance, XC4 exposure class (concrete resistant to carbonation corrosion), XS2/XD2 exposure class (concrete resistant to chloride corrosion), XF3 exposure class (concrete resistant to frost/defrost), XA2 (concrete resistant to aggressive chemical environments), see UNI EN 206-1:2006, vibrated on metal caissons and steam cured, reinforced with internal ribs, open face, with complete elimination of porosity and gravel nests, and with internal steel reinforcements and upgraded adhesion, and electrically-welded square and rectangular mesh type B450C , factory tested, in compliance with D.M. 14.01.2008. This type of systems includes the stocking of rainwater in a collection tank with filtering systems such as buriable vortex filters and the re-use through the pumping group with self-priming multistage pump or with submergible electropump and related accessories. TECHNOLOGICAL CYCLE: The collection of rainwater falling on roofs and covers allows for the stocking of an increasingly precious and costless water storage, perfect for the watering of gardens. From a technical standpoint, the main component of a rainwater collection system is the collection tank, which should be adequately sized to the collection needs and guarantee reliability and resistance. The correct sizing depends on two factors: possibility to collect the rainwater, given by the average yearly rainfall and the collection surface on which it is placed, and collection need, which is the amount of water desired. in order to eliminate the debris in the rainwater, a stainless steel vortex filter needs to be installed. Once the rainwater has been stocked, it can be used in two possible ways: the watering of green areas (kitchen gardens and gardens) or a combined use which also includes WC, washing machine, house and car cleaning, by installing a distribution controller in the house.
